They fixed all the problems plus added additional duct work and returns to address inbalance of heat and cooling in my house. The owner showed up for that job. That job gave me the trust to make them my go to for all my hvac needs. My second exposure was lightning damage to my indoor and outdoor unit. The service supervisor and a tech showed up to this call, handled all the warranty claims, and had me up and going in short order. 859-621-6590"Its hard to find people in any industry you can trust these days. If you want good pricing you dont have to negotiate these guys are it. If they make a mistake they tell you and take care of it with no issues or fuss.
They went above and beyond on my job. Im no HVAC expert but ive wired thermostats and modified systems several times. I inspected there work. There ducting and install work all were top notch. Even used sealant on the joining areas instead of just ducting tape. Others Ive worked with you have to walk behind them and make sure they are doing what they should. That was not my experience with these guys. They know there stuff and there no BS. Just good work.
